What is Sonaris?
A small company that makes digital tools and sells them under a few brand names. Each brand has its own shop and its own voice. Sonaris handles delivery and support for all of them.
How do I get what I bought?
By email, in under a minute. Everything also stays in your library at sonarisstore.com/library. You log in with your email address. There is no password to forget.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle or Polar, our merchants of record. They charge your card, add the right tax for your country and send you the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Not for a change of mind. Files are yours the moment you pay, so sales are final. If a file is broken, isn't what its page described, or you were charged twice, we fix it or refund it.
Can I share the files?
Please don't. Everything is sold for your own use. The licence page says exactly what you can do.
How do I reach a person?
