Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy or use anything from Sonaris (https://sonarisstore.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Orders are processed by Polar Software Inc. acting as merchant of record. Polar handles payment, tax calculation, invoicing and payment disputes. Sonaris creates and supports the products. Polar's own terms also apply to the payment and are shown at checkout.

Digital products

• Products are delivered digitally: files by email and on your account page, courses on this site, services as agreed in writing.
• Delivery is instant for files and courses once payment clears. Services start after we confirm the brief.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout based on your country.

License

• You get a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use a purchased product in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including work for clients.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the product itself or any substantial part of it, and you may not upload it to public repositories or marketplaces.
• Course access is for one person. Do not share your login.
• We keep ownership of the products. Custom work made under a service package belongs to you once it is paid in full, except for tools and libraries we reuse across projects.

Accounts

Login is by email link. Keep your email account safe; anyone with access to it can access your purchases. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: 14 days, and we fix problems before we refund.

Services

• Every service starts with a written quote that states the price, what is included and the delivery date.
• Work outside the quote is quoted separately before we start it.
• If you go quiet for more than 30 days mid-project, we may close the project and deliver what is done.

What we do not promise

Products are provided as described on their page. We do not promise a particular business result. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
